Psychotherapy and Astrological Counseling
I practice depth psychotherapy, offering insight-oriented support in a focused container.

Generally, I work best with clients who are curious about themselves and who are seeking a depth-oriented space to explore meaning and insight.
Many are at a crossroads – in relationships, identity, or life direction – and want support that offers depth and perspective. I am also drawn to clients who wish to explore the deeper, often hidden aspects of themselves – patterns of escapism, self-sabotage, or challenges connected to working in restrictive environments such as jails or institutions. Many artists, writers, and creative clients have also come my way to explore inspiration blocks and ways to harness creativity in alignment with their inner life.
My approach is well-suited for people who appreciate insight, pattern recognition, and reflective dialogue and who are open to integrating psychological work with symbolic tools such as astrology as part of their growth.
If you are drawn to astrology or are new to astrology and are interested in integrating it with therapy, my approach may be a great fit for you. Astrology can be incorporated into our work to the extent you feel comfortable – whether you want to explore it deeply or just use it occasionally.
I am very accustomed to individuals seeking therapy for a variety of life challenges and transitions.
Some of the areas I’m well-versed in working with include:
- Feeling restless, bored, or disconnected from life and noticing patterns or behaviors that may be getting in the way of goals.
- Facing major decisions or life transitions and looking for insight to guide next steps
- Feeling blocked and uncertain about life purpose, career direction, or aspects of identity, and wanting a space to explore choices and gain clarity about next steps
- Exploring challenges in family, romance, or other relationships, and seeking insight to improve connection and understanding
- Experiencing grief related to loss or infertility, and seeking support to process emotions and navigate this period
- Supporting clients in exploring 12th house themes – whether related to work in intuitional settings, navigating creative blocks, or patterns of escapism and avoidance
- Experiencing low mood, anxiety, or general stress and seeking support to better manage emotional balance.
